Llanelli Naturalists Newsletter - December 1984

Some extremely interesting records were made in 1984 at or near this WWTNC Reserve by Kevin Clements and others. The records include Oak Bush Cricket (1st Carmarthenshire), Brown and Purple Hairstreaks, Brimstones and Marbled Whites, the parasitic Toothwort (Lathraea squamaria) and the earliest Carmarthenshire 1984 arrival dates for Redstart (15 April), Sand Martin (3rd April) & Pied Flycatcher (14 April).
